Design is not just about producing something that's aesthetically pleasing. Design is about infusing a philosophy that creates a pleasurable user-end experience. From the specific positioning of site-elements to the calculated use of colors and pictures, you must assume every piece has a purpose wherever it is placed. When you hire a designer you are essentially trusting their vision of your project.
James Cabrera is a self-started independent visual artist based in Holbrook, New York. He specializes in front-end web design using Adobe Creative Suite software titles such as Photoshop and Illustrator to generate ideas from scratch. Using his knowledge of XHTML and CSS he brings these ideas to life in modern web browsers into a content-ready form. With a Bachelor's in Mathematics, currently pursuing a second in Physics, James Cabrera has an analytical way of approaching his work, giving great attention to detail while also willing to experiment with new, innovative techniques.
I would much rather work in a salaried position as opposed to the freelance market. If you are looking for a web-designer to work in a contractual position, permanent or even temporary, please take a look at my online resume and shoot me an e-mail. I am open to any job-offers at the moment.
